When can I retire?

You can retire at the earliest when you reach the age of 60. You must start receiving your pension by the age of 75 at the latest.

However, if your pension scheme was set up before 1 May 2007, you can always start receiving it when you turn 60. Your date of birth will still determine your early retirement age and state pension age.
