  • have lost someone you care about.

You do not need a referral from your doctor.

Your session takes place over video

This makes it easy to fit the session into your everyday life, and you speak with the same psychologist each time — wherever you feel most comfortable.

Two hours before your session, we send you a link by SMS or email. When you click on it, you’ll enter the video session with your psychologist.
