How do I pay for the Health Scheme for Children?

My child has turned 15. What do I need to be aware of?

Children and young people must give their own consent to treatment when they turn 15. At that time, you as a parent automatically lose access to the child’s digital health data on sundhed.dk.

Therefore, it is the child who must give consent to examinations and treatment in the Health Scheme when the child turns 15.

Only if the child gives consent can parents get access to the child’s health information.
