Purpose
We record our telephone calls with you in order to document what has been said during the call and what has been agreed with you. Recordings will also be used for training purposes.
Basis for processing
The recording of telephone calls is based on Article 6(1)(b), Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(f) and Article 9(2)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Processing of personal data
We record and store the personal data provided during calls. For example, name, address, e-mail address, CPR number, health information and information about pension arrangements and insurance payments.
Det skriftlige referat af samtalen bliver desuden automatisk gemt og knyttet til dine medlemsoplysninger.
Your rights in respect of recordings
If you request it, you have the right to:
- an audio file of the recording
- delete the recording
- have incorrect information corrected.

Deletion of recordings
Recordings are deleted after three months.
