Moving abroad permanently?
Special rules apply if you want your savings to be paid out all at once:
- No contributions must have been paid into your savings over the last three months
- You must be registered as having left the country in the Danish CPR register and with the Danish Tax Agency
- You must pay 60 percent tax to the Danish state.
You need to complete an application form for the money to be paid out.
If you move to Greenland or the Faroe Islands, you cannot have your savings paid out all at once.
