Do you need to send us information?
If you are not a member – and need to send documents and sensitive personal information to us – you can write to our member advisory service via e-Boks.
How do I do it?
Log in at https://private.e-boks.com/danmark/da using your MitID.
- Press ‘Write new mail’
- Click on the recipient field
- Type ‘PensionDanmark’ in the recipient field and press ‘Enter’
- Click on ‘PensionDanmark’ and choose ‘Medlemsrådgivning’
- Write the subject and your message, then finish by clicking ‘Send’
