If we uphold our rejection of your case and you still disagree with our decision, you can appeal to the Insurance Complaints Board (Ankenævnet for Forsikring).
You will be required to pay a fee of DKK 200 to the Insurance Complaints Board for processing your appeal.
If you live abroad, it may be appropriate to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. You can also use it if you live in Denmark.
