What can you talk to the psychologist about?

You can talk to the psychologist about whatever is on your mind – whether it is about your work or your private life. You might:

  • be stressed at work
  • have anxiety or self-doubts
  • be getting divorced or have other problems at home
  • have lost someone close to you.

You do not need a referral from your doctor.

Any questions?

You can talk to an online psychologist on weekdays 8-21, weekends and public holidays 9-17.

You can only book one appointment at a time.

You will not have to wait long. You can actually choose to be put straight through to the next available psychologist. If there is a waiting time, we will tell you when you are in the online queue.

If you book an appointment, you can typically get one within a few days – even at weekends and public holidays.

If you are logged in, you can change or cancel your appointment under 'Your appointments'.

Do you have an in-person appointment with a psychologist?

If you want to change or cancel an in-person appointment with your psychologist, please contact Aleris on +45 36 37 25 99.

The line is open on weekdays from 8-15.

You can also send an e-mail to psykologi@aleris.dk

Only you and the psychologist can see your case notes.

Everything you talk to the psychologist about will be in confidence. Neither your employer nor PensionDanmark will be informed.
