If you do not have time to go to your own doctor, you can talk to a doctor via video link on any day of the week, including at weekends and public holidays.
How can Online Doctor help you?
Online Doctor can help with most of the urgent things that your own doctor helps with. Online Doctor can always offer advice and guidance, including:
- immediate medical advice
- assessing symptoms
- prescriptions and advice on non-prescription medicine.
Any questions?
A doctor from Aleris Hospitals will help you when you use Online Doctor.
You talk to the doctor via video link on your mobile. When the doctor is ready, you will receive a text message with a link. The video call will start when you click the link.
Only you and the doctor can see your medical record.
Everything you talk to your doctor about is in confidence and stays between the two of you.
If you are logged in, you can change or cancel your appointment under 'Your appointments'.
You can cancel your appointment up to one hour before it starts.
Not able to cancel your appointment?
If you cannot cancel your appointment with the doctor, it may be because it takes place in less than an hour.
If you have children under the age of 15, they can also use the Online Doctor.
