About the apartments

We are building 47 rental apartments in the urban district of Virkelund in Albertslund, which is part of Coop Byen.

The apartments will be between 70 and 130 square meters. The rental starts in January, with expected occupancy in May 2026.

The date has not been set yet, but you can sign up for the interest list. Then you will receive an invitation in January with information about when there is an open house.

At the same time as the invitation, you get access to plans and prices, and from here you have 14 days of priority.
